KONDA shares many of its measured research contents with the public via Kontent under the subscription system. Subscribers have priority and privileged access to these contents.
For 12 years, KONDA has been measuring the public’s crisis expectations (both societal and personal), as well as their livelihood situation, using a consistent question model. This composite index is used as a predictive tool for many real-world indicators, and its report section contains many forecasts related to the economy and social behavior.
While inflation can be calculated arithmetically, its social perception strongly affects economic models. Because of this, KONDA measures inflation expectations in Turkey. The full, detailed report (published monthly) includes demographic and political breakdowns. Index comparisons determined by expert economists are also included in this report.
Our research shows it’s not only governments or elites that shape a country’s destiny — societies do. That’s why understanding how people perceive political events, leaders, parties and controversies is crucial. The KONDA Barometer measures real-time public sentiment on current developments and evaluates how political events resonate in society.
Since its launch, the Barometer has tackled more than 100 different social topics. Together with academic experts, KONDA develops question and measurement models and converts the collected social data into digestible content. Topics have included media relations, spending habits, views on the concept of family, reactions to economic crisis, use of AI, nutrition, health and sports, and consumption changes. In 2026, the following themes will be included in our reports:
KONDA Barometer’s strength lies in its ability to measure the same social parameters repeatedly over time, using the same research model. For more than 15 years in Turkey, it has measured things like crisis expectation, livelihood, inflation expectation, social media perception, unemployment, well-being, polarization, demographics, holiday trends, saving vs investment preferences, and more — sometimes monthly, sometimes quarterly.
In addition to monthly reports, we create a more integrated report every 3 months that summarizes insights from the past quarter. This report is designed for institutions and decision-makers and includes actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Each quarter, we offer a presentation of the insight report tailored for our subscribers. Before the presentation, we ask subscribers for questions; we then prepare custom analyses and responses. Only Kontent Connection users (i.e. institutional / in-company users) can attend.
Every three months KONDA Barometer Connection subscribers can propose one question to be included in the Barometer survey. That question is analyzed in the context of other questions that month, and we deliver a report just for the subscriber — The subscriber has the right to share with the public the findings from analysis of this question based on parameters other than the current politics and political preference.
