The report, prepared under the theme “Perception of housing policies”, examines the current housing ownership situation of the society and the perceptions and attitudes of the interviewees towards the housing they live in. In addition, under a different heading, the perceptions and attitudes of the society towards the state's housing policies and intervention in the housing market are analyzed through five judgments. Among the topics covered are who applied to the “My First Home, My First Workplace” project through different demographic clusters.
KONDA Research has been conducting a series of political and social surveys called BAROMETER every month since 2010. In addition to the standard questions on demographic characteristics, political preferences and economic expectations that we regularly ask in each BAROMETER survey, we also ask questions about the public's view of the issues that are on the public agenda at the time and to measure their perceptions and expectations in different areas. The research, which is the basis of this report, the 135th in the Barometer research series, was conducted on October 8-9, 2022 in 202 neighborhoods and villages of 111 districts, including the central districts of 34 provinces, by face-to-face interviews with 3407 people in their households.
