The report, prepared with the theme “Small interactions in daily life”, aims to reveal the tendency to engage in small interactions in daily life, to investigate the relationship between these tendencies and demographic factors such as age, gender, education level, rural-urban-metropolitan distinction, and to examine the relationship between small interactions and psychological factors such as life satisfaction, loneliness, trust in others, ease of meeting new people and concerns about initiating interactions.
KONDA Research has been conducting a series of political and social surveys called BAROMETER every month since 2010. In addition to the standard questions on demographic characteristics, political preferences and economic expectations that we regularly ask in each BAROMETER survey, we also ask questions to measure the public's perspective on the issues on the public agenda at the time and their perceptions and expectations in different areas. The research, which is the basis of this report, the 129th in the Barometer research series, was conducted on March 5-6, 2022 in 174 neighborhoods and villages of 110 districts, including the central districts of 32 provinces, by face-to-face interviews with 3381 people in their households.
