Türkiye’de ev ve araba sahibi olmak, son yıllarda toplumun ekonomik gücündeki değişimleri en görünür biçimde yansıtan göstergelerden biri haline geldi. Eylül'25 Barometresi verileri, bu iki temel varlığa sahiplikte hem zaman içinde bir gerilemeye hem de toplumsal kesimler arasında derinleşen farklara işaret ediyor. Hem eve hem otomobile sahip olanların oranı yüzde 37. Son 4 yılda ev ve araba sahip olanların oranındaki 6 puanlık düşüş yaşanmış. Hanesine ait otomobili olanların oranıysa yüzde 51.
